Can I Export Messages in Different Formats?
Resolution
You can export message in either MIME.822 or Text.htm
1) Run a search
2) Select the message you would like to export
3) Click the "Export messages" button
4) Select the criteria for "what do you want to export?"
5) under "Export options" select the "Export format" drop down box
