Reveal (Any build)
Situation
The option to connect to the live GroupWise system is grayed out.
After connecting to my GroupWise system the administrator options are grayed out.
Resolution
Check the logged in user:
In order to connect to the live system or to perform any administrator tasks in Reveal you must have Create, File Scan, Read, Write, and Modify rights to the domain directory.
More than likely you have logged in as a user that doesn't have sufficient rights to the domain directory. If that is the case, all you are allowed to do is read the previously cached messages in Reveal.
Log back in as a user with sufficient rights in the Novell Client and you will be able to perform these tasks.
